We assist owners and developers in planning, pricing, and scheduling the time and cost options for a project.
ALTERNATIVE PROJECT DELIVERY
We assist clients in the facilitation of alternative design and construction methods focused on Integrated Project Design and Construction. Provide technical support and design parameters for Owners and Developers to determine the most cost-effective and ideal method of project delivery (Design-Build, Design-Bid-Build, Design-Build-Finance-Operate, etc.).
SITE LAYOUT FOR NEW BUILDINGS OR REPLACEMENT
We work with owners, developers, designers, or contractors on site improvement plans on both new construction and replacement of existing buildings. This work can include site topography, a grading plan, site disturbance approvals, building layout, septic design, site access, and utility layouts.
