Example Project - Merrill Gardens at Burien, near Seattle, Washington. Work included the Construction Document Review of the Project, Monthly Compliance, and Progress Inspections for a 126-unit senior housing project. 

Example Project - Block 17 Multi-Use in Portland Oregon. Work included a Construction Document Review (CDR) of the project, monthly Construction Inspections, and Progress Payment Reviews on a luxury mixed-use facility in the Pearl District. The project included 339 condominiums, parking, and retail commercial spaces.

Example Project - Google Facility Expansion in Kirkland Washington. Work included Construction Document Review, Monthly Inspections of the Work Progress, Third Party Monthly Progress Reports, and Compliance Inspections on the Google Expansion Facility being provided by a private developer.
