PMP (PROJECT MANAGEMENT PROFESSIONAL) SUPPORT
We provide technical support for land development and property subdivisions. Our work includes permitting and entitlement approvals plus utility layout, stormwater drainage, and street design requirements. We normally work as a team with other consultants and surveyors as required for a particular project.
INTEGRATED PROJECT DEVELOPMENT
We work with owners (both private & public) to define, clarify, and summarize the project goals, project purpose, financial constraints, functional limitations, and alternative funding or financial options. We assist owners in determining project needs and the ideal method of meeting those needs – including design team selection options, contractor selection options, and funding or finance options. We also assist owners in determining what is needed to obtain the necessary permitting, public support, and project approvals – including environmental issues, stakeholder concerns, or other constraints.
TRACKING PROJECT SCHEDULEs & BUDGET PROGRESS
We work with owners (both private & public) on tracking project schedules and budgets to assure compliance with the contract requirements. This is typically done through a monthly progress site inspection, payment progress review, verification of the scheduled performance, and a monthly progress report. Property Condition Assessment (PCA), Construction Document Review (CDR), Apartment, Condominium, Senior Housing, Commercial Projects, Industrial Property, Site Inspections for evaluations of construction defects & damages.
STREAM RESTORATION & HABITAT ENHANCEMENT
Stream restoration focuses on reducing bank erosion and restoring native ecosystems with natural materials and native plants to restore the natural meander or patterns of stable streams.

Alternative Project Delivery, Project Planning, Site Layout, Site & Civil Design, Pricing, Design-Build Parameters, Contractor Selection, Project Enhancement & Success, Manage Completion
