On new construction, this work includes an analysis of code compliance, an inspection of construction defects, and an evaluation of the construction workmanship. We also perform inspections and assessments of existing properties – referred to as Property Condition Assessments (PCA).
CONSTRUCTION DELAY IMPACT ANALYSIS
We assist contractors and owners with Claim Negotiations and Dispute Settlement. On this example project, our work included verification of a differing site condition, evaluation of quantity underruns, and demonstrating compensable weather delays.
EQUITABLE ADJUSTMENT REQUEST REPORTS
Analyze the production impact and construction damage on project delays. This example project involved changed conditions on the 1,000,000 CY aggregate production for a New Dam Construction Project. Our work assisted in a $25 million damages recovery for the contractor.
